Souvgro Property Management aims to provide an opportunity for our service users housing support, care, and accommodation to vulnerable adults where it is assessed that their needs can best be met in a living environment that affords support for personalised care, and appropriate experiences of preparation for independent living. We ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and supported living environments for independent living providing, Quality of Care and Support Quality of the Physical Environment Quality of Staffing, Management, and Leadership Quality of Quality Assurance and Monitoring.
Whatever the reason, all clients living at Souvgro Property Management Supported Housing are unable to live full-time with their families. Our overall purpose is, therefore, to provide a safe, warm, nurturing and empowering environment for our clients to live in and to move appropriately on from supported accommodation and live independently within the community.Souvgro Property Management, support is a condition of the tenancy, the level of 1:1 support is fixed at a certain amount of hours. This approach to supported housing is designed and used as a temporary housing model rather than to offer a permanent home.Souvgro Property Management model described in the service overview will require active commissioning and a joined-up approach between housing, Social Services, and Supporting People functions to achieve a balance that meets the needs of the local community.

Qualified & Experienced Staff
Our supported living facilities are tailored to prepare our service users towards independent living. Souvgro Property Management has a holistic approach that involves social workers, psychiatrists, GPs, care workers, advocates, and their extended families. Our services are specifically offered through qualified and experienced staff and cover our three-tier ‘move on’ program, high, medium, and floating (low level) support needs, from 24 hours a day to one hour a week.
